Haiku is a very short form of Japanese poetry in three phrases or syllables of 5, 7, and 5. On Haiku Day, perhaps feature wine, beer or whiskey haiku submitted by your waitstaff or customers; or feature a local Japanese food truck and beverage pairing event.
