Market Your Craft has set up and managed Klaviyo accounts for clients, including integrating with Shopify ecommerce websites for newsletter signup, distribution, journey mapping, and AB testing. Klaviyo is far more technical with better tutorials and DIY resources than MailChimp; however, we use MailChimp for our own newsletter distribution, which is slightly more straightforward (and free) to set up.
