Daylight saving time (DST) or summer time is the practice of advancing clocks during summer months so that people get up earlier in the morning and experience more daylight in the evening. Typically, users of DST adjust clocks forward one hour near the start of spring and change them backward in the autumn. Special hours: chances are good your typical Sunday schedule won’t change, but you may want to have some fun with comments like, “set your alarm,” or, “this customer forgot about the time change,” standing outside your taproom with a long face ;-(
