In my third newsletter I talk about the importance of brand personality and how my own website, scottkolbe.com, definitely didn’t reflect it! It begs the question: how many of us are conscious of how our customers view our [personal] brand? It makes sense to do an audit every so often to make sure that you’re continuing to engage your target audience. In this case I filled out a scorecard with different areas I felt were important for communicating a strong brand story and shared the results with clients. I included a link to a 90-second video that highlights the process of switching from my previous website hosting provider to GoDaddy.com, as well as selecting a WordPress theme that was more appropriate for my brand.
